  • Service Lead - Imaging & Diagnostics

As a Service Lead you will have a key place in supporting our clinical staff to deliver a high quality service to patients.  You will be responsible for day to day operational delivery of one or more of GP Care’s Ultrasound Services and you may provide support for the development of new services.  This will include the supervision of Patient Coordinators and Apprentice roles, delivering key performance indicators for each service, compiling reports, analysing data, invoicing, incident reporting and investigation, delivery of excellent patient experience and promotion of patient safety.

  • Patient Coordinator - Imaging & Diagnostics

In your office based role as Patient Coordinator you will be the initial point of contact, mostly by phone, for patients referred by their GP practices into one or more of GP Care’s services. You will be responsible for receiving patient referrals from the Choose and Book system, fax or telephone and managing the patient documentation through triage to the clinic. You will manage clinic schedules, booking patients into the appropriate clinics for diagnostic tests, assessment and treatment while ensuring that clinic time is managed efficiently.

  • Audiologist - Registered (Band 6)

You will be an experienced and qualified audiologist (registered with the RCCP or HPC) and, as a key part of a rapidly growing team, will work autonomously taking responsibility for the delivery of community audiology clinics.  You will provide a complete adult hearing rehabilitation service to include hearing aid assessment, hearing aid fitting, follow up and servicing for all patients to GP Care’s direct access service.  You will be expected to supervise Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) who support community audiology clinics and ensure that clinical and professional standards are maintained at all times.
