The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will soon be inspecting GP Care’s service. CQC are the independent regulator of all health and care services in England.
As part of their inspection they want to know what our patients think about the care they have received. If you have been a patient of GP Care, please tell the CQC about your experience, you can do this online at www.cqc.org.uk/yourexperience or by telephoning 03000 616161. Your feedback will be treated confidentially. The CQC may not respond individually to your feedback, but they may contact you for more information if you provide contact details.
They would like to know about any good or bad experience you’ve had in the past year. For example: Were staff caring and did they treat you with dignity and respect? Were you listened to? Did you have enough time to discuss your concerns? Were your needs responded to with the right care and treatment at the right time? They may also ask for some optional details about you.
Once they have completed our inspection they will publish a report online at www.cqc.org.uk.
