GP Care Reports Average Call Answering Time Of 7.1 Seconds

GP Care has always aspired to provide an exceptional level of customer service to our patients and to our colleagues in the local healthcare community.  An analysis of the incoming calls over the past 6 months has revealed that the average caller now waits for just 7.1 seconds before their call is answered. 

Average response times for each service, calculated on call volumes of over 4,000, are:

All calls made to GP Care between 8am and 6pm are always answered by a friendly customer services operator, as we don’t use automated systems.
