The GP Care Pulmonary Embolism Anticoagulation Service comprises treatment of patients who have been diagnosed and stabilised in hospital.
The Service is wholly delivered from community settings at a number of locations across the wider Bristol area.
The Service represents a significant improvement in the Patient Pathway and delivers a substantial saving to the NHS.

Please note that we are not able to provide child minding services for children accompanying patients.
