GP Care UK Ltd is a rapidly expanding provider of enhanced primary healthcare services to NHS and Private Patients with a shareholder base of 96 practices in South Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset.
In response to the rapidly increasing demand for our services we now wish to appoint a Service Manager to join our enthusiastic team based at our offices in Christchurch Medical Centre in Downend, Bristol.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, as Service Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of existing GP Care services to both GPs and patients, to ensure that relationships are developed and existing services are delivered to our customers to the required standard of excellence.
The successful candidate will be resourceful, resilient and capable of demonstrating well honed project management, customer account management, communication and organisational skills as well as the interpersonal skills and ability to influence and liaise with the range of key stakeholders who are fundamental to the successful delivery of this challenging role.

Outline Terms of Employment
• Salary circa £35K – negotiable, subject to experience
• Place of Work – Christchurch Medical Centre, Downend, Bristol
• Hours of Work 9.00a.m. to 5.30p.m. Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch
• 25 days annual holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays
• Company Pension Scheme – 6% Employers pension contribution
