Carole joined GP Care having built a successful corporate career in both the Financial Services sector and the Telecoms sector, working for companies like GE and Virgin Media. Carole's addition to the GP Care team brings over 30 years extensive experience in senior level operational management - primarily running large call centres.
Carole's appointment to GP Care has brought a different perspective on how we run our Patient Support Centre by introducing many corporate best practice initiatives which has driven significant improvement in key areas such as performance Management, KPI delivery, Patient Satisfaction and Quality of Service.
